Turn the blender on until all ingredients have been thoroughly blended together. Easily one of the fastest and most satisfying breakfast is a breakfast taco. Scramble two eggs, soften two corn tortillas on a hot skillet. You can now add the eggs to the tortillas, top with pico, taco sauce, or salsa. You can also add veggies like mushrooms, onion, or zucchini that has been sauteed.

The newest rage is avocado toast. Simply toast sprouted bread, which has a lower carb count than other breads, and add a mashed avocado on top. One avocado can accommodate two pieces of toast. Then sprinkle the toast with salt and pepper. You can also top with tomatoes, and a splash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. A couple of slices of fresh mozzarella on top and make it like a caprese salad sandwich.

Dinner For Breakfast

Something that is not done enough is eating dinner leftovers for breakfast. If you had steak for dinner it’s a great idea to slice up the steak, saute it, and add it to an omelet. Or simply eat the leftovers, as dinner is usually heavy in protein while the typical breakfast is carb laden.

Protein Smoothies

If you feel like keeping things quick and light in the morning then make a protein smoothy. Find a protein powder that you like and combine it with almond or coconut milk. Some good mixins with vanilla protein are banana and pineapple. Chocolate protein goes really well with banana and strawberries.
